The best way to get the recipe off here is to 1)copy and paste the text into another word processing or email application, 2)change the format so it's more like a traditional recipe (as simple as adding some returns/enter to break up the lines), and then 3)print it.

Do you have a restaurant in the area that you can recommend? Maybe they actually have a GF menu available, or you've just had good results when you make special orders. Let us know by posting a reply to this topic!

Since I am celiac and am always on the lookout for new restaurants and stores that are GF friendly, I was wishing for a website that contained resources specific to our area. Forums are great, the support group is essential, but I was looking for something more interactive. So I decided to create such a website myself! Zoomshare makes it easy to create a free website, but there are a few limitations. One is that I could not host a true forum; the best I can do is this Blog setup.
